Position
Brief Description Of The Role
You are responsible for designing, building, and evolving the cloud infrastructure supporting Atlante’s digital solutions. You ensure scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performance cloud environments while contributing hands-on to infrastructure, automation, and backend development.
You combine strong engineering expertise with technical leadership, contributing to technical decisions and driving the continuous evolution of Atlante’s cloud architecture.

Core Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure supporting customer-facing applications and internal tools.
Manage and evolve containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes/ECS/EKS.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code, promoting automation, standardization, and repeatability.
Contribute to backend development and integrations using Python and/or Node.js.
Monitor and optimize system performance, observability, cloud costs, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with international stakeholders to define technical requirements, solutions, and technology roadmaps.
Contribute to technical decision-making and the adoption of emerging cloud-native technologies.
Provide technical guidance and promote engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, with solid hands-on experience in AWS and cloud infrastructure design.
Solid experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS/EKS).
Knowledge of Linux systems administration.
Good backend development skills with Python and/or Node.js.
Experience with Git and Git-based collaboration workflows.
Database management skills, including relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Good written and spoken English, as the working language with international teams.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Goal orientation and a strong attitude toward continuous improvement.
Strong propensity for teamwork and collaboration.
Nice To Have
AWS certifications.
Experience with Azure.
Interest or experience in cloud-native architectures and Artificial Intelligence.
Previous experience in the eMobility or energy sector.
