• Full-time (40 hours per week) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am
- 6:00 pm PST with a 1-hour lunch break Real Estate Reporting & Data Analysis Coordinator Role Overview: The client is seeking a Real Estate Reporting & Data Analysis Coordinator to prepare weekly listing reports and provide clear, analytical insights into property performance and market activity. The VA will gather information from multiple sources, analyze listing and market data, review showing and buyer feedback, evaluate competing properties and marketing performance, and translate findings into polished, client-friendly reports. This role requires someone who combines strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional writing, attention to detail, and the ability to independently identify trends, inconsistencies, and meaningful changes with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:
1. Prepare polished weekly listing reports by compiling and analyzing market data, listing activity, showing information, buyer feedback, and marketing results. 2. Collect, organize, and verify information from MLS reports, Zillow, showing platforms, marketing channels, team members, and other relevant sources. 3. Analyze listing performance and market data to identify trends, patterns, week-over-week changes, and meaningful shifts in buyer behavior and engagement. 4. Calculate and verify performance metrics, including activity totals, ratios, averages, and comparative data, while ensuring numerical accuracy across reports. 5. Evaluate showing activity, online engagement, buyer feedback, marketing performance, and comparable properties to assess each listing's position within the current market. 6. Compile and analyze showing feedback, agent notes, emails, and other team communications to identify recurring buyer concerns, strengths, objections, and patterns. 7. Translate data and research findings into clear, concise written insights and weekly takeaways that explain what the information means for the client. 8. Maintain accurate historical reporting data, proofread and quality-check reports, and proactively identify and resolve missing, conflicting, or incomplete information before reports are finalized. Soft Skills / Personality Fit:
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, business analysis, journalism, communications, professional writing, or a related field.
• Exceptional professional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful insights in clear, plain English.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work confidently with spreadsheets, percentages, averages, charts, graphs, tables, and comparative data.
• Strong research skills and the ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Ability to recognize trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and meaningful changes across multiple data sources.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Fast learner who can quickly understand new systems, tools, processes, and information.
• Self-starter who takes initiative, identifies what needs to be done, and follows through without constant direction.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and information needs may change quickly.
• Highly responsive and able to quickly gather, process, and communicate information when the team needs answers on the fly.
• Comfortable communicating by phone with internal team members and handling occasional external communication in a professional manner.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining highly collaborative and responsive to the team.
• Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when information is incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent.

• This position is intended for an experienced professional rather than someone who has recently graduated or is seeking an entry-level opportunity. Preferred Experience
• Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience preparing client reports, executive summaries, market reports, or analytical reports.
• Familiarity with MLS systems, Zillow, ShowingTime, Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar
• platforms is a plus.
• Experience preparing analytical reports, executive summaries, market reports, or client-facing reports is preferred.
