TXT E-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a System Engineer for the development of a Naval Fire Control System. Main

Responsibilities:
• Identification of issues with the system to be replaced;
• Definition of system requirements;
• Support for the feasibility study for the new system;
• Preparation of technical documentation. Required Technical

Skills:
• Knowledge of the military domain and the main aspects of a combat system;
• Knowledge of the technical and managerial aspects of design requirements for complex systems;
• Knowledge of test and evaluation management;
• Knowledge of technical English. Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of IBM DOORS;
• Work experience in the defense sector. Required

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. The profile is completed by flexibility, a proactive approach, and willingness to travel as required by project needs.
