ERP Deployment Manager

ERP Deployment Manager (Interim) Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex transformation projects to strengthen their business. As an ERP Deployment Manager, you will lead the deployment of an ERP consolidation program, ensuring successful business adoption, process integration, testing, training, cutover readiness, and stakeholder alignment. Through your experience leading complex ERP implementations and transformations, you will drive deployment success across multiple business functions while coordinating closely with business, IT, and program leadership teams. KEY DELIVERABLES
• Lead the ERP deployment workstream as part of the Isonzo Program and maintain alignment with the overall program master plan.
• Drive ERP governance, ownership, reporting, decision-making processes, and deployment activities while protecting the project from scope creep.
• Manage ERP-related risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests across all functional workstreams.
• Ensure alignment between ERP deployment activities and Operational Transfer, Legal Merger, Shared Services transition, and related program initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end business process mapping, gap assessments, and process integration activities across multiple business functions.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, including Functional Testing, Integrated Process Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business scenario testing.
• Coordinate business participation in testing activities and ensure defects are tracked, prioritized, and resolved.
• Develop ERP training, business readiness, and adoption plans, including end-user training and super-user preparation.
• Lead deployment readiness reviews, cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Coordinate business validation and sign-off of migrated data while ensuring data migration readiness activities are integrated into ERP planning and deployment milestones.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, IT, and PMO stakeholders to ensure successful deployment execution. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP deployments, implementations, and migration programs.
• Strong background in ERP process integration across multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated success managing testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, cutover planning, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Excellent program and project management skills with the ability to manage complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication capabilities.
• Experience coordinating business teams, IT teams, and external ERP consultants within complex transformation programs.
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, governance processes, and deployment risks effectively.
• Availability on short notice for a 4–6-month engagement, with a minimum commitment of 2-3 days per week.
• Native Italian language skills required. Preferred
• Experience working within GEA/AS400 environments.
• Experience within manufacturing and industrial operations environments.
• English language proficiency.
