• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and
• scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users About you:
• 1 Years of experience in the role
• Passion for IT world
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Fluent English
What we offer
• Fixed term contract under the CCNL Commercio
• Gross annual salary of: €26000 up to 30000€
• Travel bonus for client assignments, including same-day trips
• Meal vouchers
• For client assignments, expenses will be fully reimbursed
