A little taste of your day-to-day ● Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcome; ● Acknowledging Loyalty programs and returning guests in person or over the phone; ● Meeting our guests at breakfast to ensure recognition and tackle potential challenges; ● Engaging with our loyal guests to become their trusted contact whilst on premises; ● Dealing with guest complaints, ensuring appropriate follow up and resolution; ● Maintaining highest level of communications within all departments making sure crucial information is conveyed at all times; ● Enhance our guests check-in & check-out experience, providing room escorting when required; ● Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations; ● Reporting to Guest Relations Manager. What we need from you ● Excellent communication skills; ● Preferred previous experience within similar roles in International Luxury Hotel Brands. ● Problem-solving approach; ● Ability to perform under pressure and maintain a positive attitude despite the circumstances; ● Fluency in Italian & English language (extra language would be preferred); ● Familiarity with Opera PMS; ● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
