A. is recognized for its Amphibia™ waterproofing sheet membrane and offers a broader portfolio of bagged powder products for patch and repair applications, flexible liquids, mortars, resins and damp-proofing materials. Your Mission As Finance Director, you will be a key member of the Volteco Leadership Team, combining strong financial leadership with a genuine understanding of the business. Your mission will be to ensure that Volteco achieves its annual GTO (budget) and delivers sustainable results, while maintaining accurate, timely and fully compliant financial reporting under Italian statutory requirements. You will also play an important role in the integration of Volteco into RPM, helping implement group financial systems, processes and controls while ensuring that Finance continues to provide the business with the insight needed to make informed decisions. What Impact Will You Have? Your work will directly support Volteco's financial performance, operational discipline and continued integration into a global organisation. This position will report to the Volteco Managing Director and European Finance Director for Tremco CPG. Our offices are in Ponzano, Veneto. Candidates located in any other city in Treviso will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You will: Lead financial reporting and compliance
• Ensure accurate financial reporting across all entities in line with US GAAP, RPM policies, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and Italian statutory regulations.
• Lead the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts as well as forecasts and budgets.
• Take responsibility for group-level and coordinate the development and maintenance of effective internal controls.
• Ensure successful completion of internal and external audits.
• Drive working capital improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance function. Act as a business partner to leadership
• Analyze operational and financial results, identifying opportunities and recommending actions for improvement.
• Compare performance against plans and standards, providing clear reporting and interpretation to management.
• Monitor capital expenditure and provide recommendations on investment.
• Lead the regular review of business performance, including sales and financial forecasts, KPIs and special reporting requirements. Build and lead a high-performing Finance team
• Create an environment where people are motivated to perform at their highest level.
• Promote effective communication and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that information is shared openly to support business performance.
• Proactively address performance issues and ensure that the team operates in line with company policies Support Volteco's integration into RPM
• Align Volteco's financial reporting with RPM standards and requirements.
• Support the implementation of RPM financial systems and processes.
• Help ensure a smooth transition to the financial governance, controls and ways of working of a global organisation. What Will Help You Succeed?
• + 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance and 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
• Experience working within a multinational company (ideally US with solid knowledge of US GAAP).
• Professional accounting qualification.
• Experience working with SAP would be helpful.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities, with the ability to define problems, collect and evaluate data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage competing demands across multiple businesses and priorities.
