About the Role
We are seeking an independent professional capable of managing fashion production projects from development to execution, coordinating suppliers, manufacturers and technical teams. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with project management experience, taking ownership of assigned projects while working closely with Riccitelli Milano's management team.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage fashion development and production projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate factories, workshops, suppliers and external production partners.
• Oversee materials, garment construction, technical requirements and production processes.
• Supervise and guide junior team members and technical contributors involved in projects.
• Monitor production progress, resolve operational challenges and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings, provide regular updates and conduct production-site visits when required. Requirements
• Proven professional experience in fashion production management or garment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, garment construction and production techniques.
• Ability to manage projects independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with factories, manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Active Italian Partita IVA.
• Valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Based in Italy, preferably in Milan or surrounding areas. A well-established network of manufacturers, workshops and suppliers is a strong advantage. Collaboration Details

• Type: Paid freelance / Project-based collaboration
• Working arrangement: Independent and flexible, with no fixed daily office attendance. In-person meetings, project reviews and production visits are required when needed.
• Start: As soon as possible
