* Personal and professional development. DRIVE YOUR FUTURE The candidate will work within the production team and he/she will support his/her tutor in the following activities:
* Deep understanding of the individual components and their critical aspects in the manufacturing of tires.
* Producing reports to summarize the main KPIs starting from the data collected throughout the manufacturing process of tires.
* Operationally support production and monitor its planning and logistics. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Graduating student or recent graduate in economy or management engineering
* Soft
Skills:
Interest in manufacturing, pro-activity, flexibility and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian (C1), ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Technical
skills:
