Role Description The React Native Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan. In this position, the developer designs, builds, and maintains mobile applications using React Native and JavaScript, ensuring performance, reliability, and a strong user experience. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, integrating front-end components with back-end services, debugging and optimizing code, and collaborating with designers, brand specialists, and other developers to align applications with client requirements. The developer also participates in code reviews, contributes to technical documentation, and works closely with consulting teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions for Duck Consulting’s clients. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including React Native and JavaScript proficiency.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, with experience integrating APIs and services.
• Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including debugging, testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Candidates should possess state management skills, such as experience with Redux.js or similar libraries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building and deploying mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
