Overview
6 MONTHS | FULL-TIME | FROM NOVEMBER
We are looking for a passionate Maintenance Intern to join our Architectural Design and Construction department, in our Global HQ, in Milan.
Your Impact
In this role, you will support the management, maintenance and optimization of retail stores. The primary focus will be to ensure the operational efficiency of stores by coordinating activities related to facilities, furnishings, finishes, visual merchandising installations and building structures.
Key responsibilities
will include:
• Supporting the day-to-day management of retail stores and the coordination of routine and extraordinary maintenance activities, liaising with colleagues and external suppliers and assisting with periodic monitoring and follow-up;
• Assisting in the development and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans in compliance with local technical and Health & Safety regulations;
• Receiving, tracking and managing requests from retail stores through the dedicated management system;
• Assisting in the preparation, analysis and maintenance of reports related to maintenance activities;
• Supporting administrative activities, including cost tracking and record management;
• Contributing to process review initiatives and assisting in the drafting and updating of operational procedures Qualification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and technical drawing software such as AutoCAD
