Responsibilities:
• Contribute to medium and long-term production planning based on sales forecasts, production capacity, and resource availability
• Manage and analyze production capacity, supporting workload balancing and optimal use of resources
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring the right balance between product availability, service level, and stock rotation
• Contribute to the development of aggregate production plans and material requirements
• Monitor plan execution and analyze deviations related to volumes, capacity, lead times, and inventory levels
• Prepare reports and KPIs related to production planning, capacity utilization and inventory performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or related field
• At least 3/4 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Place of work: Headquarter, Florence. The base salary range for this position is from 30.000€ to 40.000€ based on experience and profile.
