Product Delivery Manager @ Crono
Connect product and engineering. Turn ambition into shipped product. Put AI to work.
📍
Location:
Remote-first (with the option to meet in Milan / Barcelona) 💼 Contract: Full-time 💰 Compensation: €30k
- €40k + Stock Options WHY CRONOWe're building the Sales Execution Layer for B2B revenue teams and AI agents.
• 300+ customers across Europe
• 4x YoY growth
• Expanding into mid-market and enterprise Crono brings data, buying signals, workflows, and AI agents together to help revenue teams know where to focus and turn that context into action. Our product is evolving fast. Our team is growing. And how we build matters as much as what we build. That's where you come in. THE ROLEWe're looking for a Product Delivery Specialist to connect product and engineering and help great ideas become great product. You'll own how work moves from a prioritized request to release. Working directly with product, engineering, and the Product Owner, you'll bring clarity to requirements, ownership, dependencies, and timelines. You'll spot blockers early, make trade-offs visible, and help the team turn decisions into action. You'll also have the autonomy to improve how we work, using AI and automation to reduce coordination overhead and give people more time to build. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves technology, brings structure to complexity, and gets energy from seeing a team deliver.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Connect product & engineering: Keep both teams aligned on priorities, scope, decisions, and what success looks like.
• Make work ready to build: Partner with product and design to clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, and open questions before development starts.
• Keep delivery moving: Coordinate planning, dependencies, and milestones, working with engineers on realistic estimates and commitments.
• Unblock the team: Identify risks early, bring the right people together, and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Make progress visible: Keep stakeholders informed about what's shipping, what's at risk, and where a decision is needed.
• Close the loop: Coordinate release readiness and make sure bugs, feedback, and unfinished work have clear owners and next steps.
• Improve how we work: Run focused Agile planning sessions and retrospectives, then turn the outcomes into practical changes.
• Put AI to work: Build workflows that improve request triage, documentation, ticket preparation, progress updates, and knowledge sharing. WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience coordinating delivery across product and engineering in a software team (as a Delivery Specialist, Technical Project Specialist, or similar role).
• A track record of helping teams turn ambiguous requests into shipped outcomes.
• Enough technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, dependencies, and implementation constraints with engineers.
• Strong organization and follow-through. You notice missing details, ask the right questions, and make sure decisions lead somewhere.
• Clear, direct communication, you're comfortable challenging vague requirements, surfacing delays, and helping people agree on trade-offs.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, with the judgment to adapt processes to the team’s needs.
• Confidence working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and ownership matters.
• Professional fluency in English. YOUR AI EDGEYou already use AI to change how work gets done. You've built something useful: an automation, an internal assistant, a workflow connecting different tools, or a small application that solves a recurring problem. Whether you use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, Make, or other tools, what matters is your ability to identify an opportunity, build a solution, check that it works, and help others use it. You'll bring that mindset to Crono, finding practical ways to make the whole team more effective. NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup.
• A background in software engineering or product management.
• Experience with Notion, Slack, Hubspot, Salesforce or similar tools.
• Experience building automations with APIs and AI agents.
• Experience introducing new workflows and helping a team adopt them. WHAT YOU GET
• Real ownership from day one: Help shape how we plan, collaborate, and deliver.
• Direct access to founders: Short feedback loops and room to act on your ideas.
• Visible impact: Your work will help the team deliver a product used daily by sales teams across Europe.
• Space to build with AI: Experiment with tools and turn useful ideas into workflows the team relies on.
• Room to grow: Help us build the way of working that supports Crono's next stage.
• Flexibility: Remote-first setup with the option to meet in Milan / Brescia.
• Equity: Stock options included. INTERESTED?
