Posizione: We are looking for a passionate and motivated intern to join our team of Curation, supporting supplier sourcing, product selection and onboarding, commercial terms management, and catalogue performance analysis for the Furniture & Home Décor category, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury marketplace merchandising and vendor relationship management What will be your

key responsibilities
?
• Support in identifying suppliers aligned with Artemest's style and production standards
• Support in product selection for artemest.com, consistent with the brand and industry trends
• Staying updated on the Furniture & Home Décor sector (styles, designers, innovative design)
• Documentation support in presenting standard commercial terms to suppliers
• Monitoring relationships with existing suppliers and flagging issues
• Managing administrative procedures for supplier onboarding
• Participating in trade fairs and meetings with suppliers
• Support in updating commercial terms of collaboration with suppliers: discounts, exclusivity, new agreements
• Support in preparing Merchandising presentations and monthly reporting (sales, product performance), managing catalog listings, performance analysis by geographic area, implementing assortment changes, coordinating product launches, competitor analysis on pricing/markup, catalog monitoring (with Tech and Catalog teams), use of Algolia tool Offer information :
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm)
• Monthly compensation: 600€
• Ticket restaurant provided according to the company policy

Requisiti:
What are we looking for?
• Degree in Economics & Arts, Cultural Heritage, Literature, Marketing, or Business Administration;
• Italian native and fluent in English;
• Knowledge, sensibility and passion for Interior Design industry, art, collectible design;
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
• Strong analytical skills to analyse product and artisan performance effectively;
• Aesthetical sensibility and passion for e-commerce, luxury and design products;
• Ability to communicate to staff at all levels and to work in cross functionalteams;
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities;
