Looking for a Junior AI Deployment & Adoption Analyst 🚀 Freelance role via Shakers with the global Innovation team of a leading worldwide infrastructure group, inside an AI programme already validated on flagship projects and now scaling across North America. The challenge: take AI pilots running on real construction sites (document control, procurement, site planning and materials, contracts and risk, critical lifting plans, monthly closing) and move them from concept to actual adoption. You are the person who keeps the tracking tight, coordinates business and technical teams, builds small low-code automations and stays close to the people who have to use the tools. What matters 📌

• 🗣️ Spanish valued for internal coordination What you will do 🎯
• Support the deployment of AI solutions and MVPs linked to Agentic Sites across Canada and US projects
• Track development and implementation: action logs, owners, deadlines, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate with business owners, technical teams, Digital Hub / Automation CoE and project stakeholders so pilots move from concept to implementation
• Prepare short status updates, meeting notes, implementation dashboards and adoption summaries for programme governance
• Spot simple automation opportunities in project workflows and turn them into basic Power Automate / Copilot Studio prototypes, or into requirements for the technical team
• Support end users adopting Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Claude: training sessions, office hours, communications and onboarding materials
• Document use cases, prompts, lessons learned, reusable templates and playbooks for future scaling
• Assist with testing, validation and feedback collection for AI agents and productivity tools Must haves ✅
• Junior profile (0-2 years) with hands on familiarity with generative AI tools and real appetite to apply LLMs to business and construction processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) and a low-code mindset: read a workflow, map process steps, build or specify basic automations under supervision
• Organised, structured and reliable tracking tasks, risks, actions and deliverables
• Clear written English, and able to work North America hours Nice to have ⭐
• Power Automate or Copilot Studio (highly desirable)
• Based in Canada or the US, able to travel to project teams in Toronto, Texas and other North America locations
• Spanish for internal coordination with global teams
• Internship or junior experience in digital transformation, innovation, automation, data analysis, project management or construction technology
• Bachelor degree or final year student in Engineering, Innovation, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data, Digital Transformation or Construction Management
• Exposure to SharePoint, Teams, Procore, Power BI
