SAP Invoice Management

What We ’re Looking For Join a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation for our clients. 01 How you’ll make a difference Participate in the analysis, design and implementation of digital invoice management solutions based on OpenText VIM integrated with SAP. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution requirements. Support the design and optimisation of end-to-end invoice management and Accounts Payable processes, from invoice acquisition to approval, posting and payment. Configure and test VIM functionalities, workflows and business rules according to project requirements. Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with Finance, IT and business stakeholders. Work closely with technical and development teams, providing functional specifications and supporting solution implementation. Support integration scenarios between OpenText VIM and SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA. Manage testing activities, issue analysis and resolution, go-live and post-go-live support. Contribute to project streams with increasing autonomy and direct interaction with client stakeholders 02 What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience in SAP projects, invoice management, Accounts Payable or related Finance processes. Experience with OpenText VIM or similar invoice management / AP automation solutions. Good understanding of invoice-to-pay / procure-to-pay processes and their integration with SAP. Functional knowledge of SAP FI, particularly Accounts Payable and invoice processing. Knowledge of SAP MM Invoice Verification is also valuable. A technical background that enables you to understand system integrations, workflows, interfaces, enhancements and troubleshooting. Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering and preparation of functional specifications. Ability to interact effectively with developers and technical teams. Experience with testing, issue analysis and solution validation. Good command of English, both spoken and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interact confidently with both business and IT stakeholders. Availability for occasional travel in Italy or abroad. The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €42.000 to €55.000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011). 03 What we would consider a plus Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments. Knowledge of SAP MM, particularly Purchasing and Logistics Invoice Verification. Experience with OpenText Business Network, Core Capture, Intelligent Capture or other document/invoice processing solutions. Basic knowledge of ABAP, debugging or SAP enhancement concepts. Experience with integrations, APIs, IDocs or other SAP interface technologies. OpenText or SAP certifications. Experience in international implementation or roll-out projects. Previous experience coordinating small project streams or supporting junior consultants.
