We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Education & Events & Hospitality Department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. As our Hair Care Global Business Administration Manager, you will partner closely with the Global Director and Leadership Team, to ensure effective planning, governance, financial management and continuous improvement across global initiatives. Leading a team of two people, you will connect Business Units and Corporate Functions, creating scalable processes, performance frameworks and efficient ways of working that enable business growth and support organisational effectiveness. What You Will Do Strategic Planning, Governance & Business Partnership
• Lead annual planning and governance processes, ensuring alignment across Business Units and key functions, including Education, Events, Hospitality, Finance, Legal, Human Resource (HR) and Corporate teams.
• Manage global calendars, operational standards and workflows, driving process adoption and continuous improvement.
• Support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, enabling business performance and operational excellence. Financial Governance & Reporting
• Coordinate budget planning, monitoring and forecasting activities, ensuring financial visibility across projects and initiatives.
• Define and manage Key Perfomance Indicators (KPI) frameworks, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and the reliability of business insights.
• Support strategic decision-making through reporting, analysis and performance monitoring. Operations Excellence & Digital Transformation
• Identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, scalability and standardisation.
• Own and continuously develop operational platforms, SharePoint environments and digital collaboration tools.
• Ensure effective knowledge management through documentation, process mapping, governance frameworks and accessible repositories. Who You Are
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics or related fields.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Italian is required.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in Operations, Project Management Office (PMO), Business Operations or Project Management roles.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI, AI solutions and process automation tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, proactive and business-oriented mindset.
