SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Senior Consultant

Join Our Dynamic Team We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team and help clients transform their financial management and controlling processes with SAP S/4HANA. 📍

Location:
Milan or Turin Your Role & Responsibilities As part of an international team, you will deliver client-facing SAP projects, supporting organizations as they design, implement, and improve their SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to translate business needs into effective, sustainable outcomes, including:
• Leading or contributing to SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional designs, process flows, and SAP configuration.
• Supporting core financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, asset accounting, financial closing, cost center accounting, and internal orders.
• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and advising clients on SAP FI/CO capabilities and leading practices.
• Coordinating with other SAP modules and technical teams to support end-to-end process integration and financial data flows.
• Contributing to testing, data migration, cutover, training, and post-go-live support, with close attention to detail.
• Building trusted client relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting project teams in delivering measurable business results. Background & Experience
• You have a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on SAP FI/CO processes and solutions.
• You have experience with SAP S/4HANA and a strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• You can gather and analyze requirements, develop functional specifications, and communicate recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• You demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proactive, results-oriented approach to adapting to changing project needs.
• You have strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills, with a collaborative and client-oriented attitude.
• You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage. Other European languages are a plus.
• You are willing to travel domestically and internationally when project needs require it. Why Join Us
