We’re looking for a hands-on Web Operations Developer to join the Marketing team of one of our clients and support the day-to-day development and operation of their web properties.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys solving problems, troubleshooting website issues, and working within a modern web environment. You’ll primarily focus on front-end development and troubleshooting, with some exposure to backend systems, integrations, and deployment workflows.
What You’ll Do
• Diagnose and resolve front-end and website issues quickly.
• Execute website enhancements and day-to-day development tasks.
• Work with Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Support web operations across WordPress and modern web environments.
• Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, forms, tracking, and data flows between systems.
• Work with Git/GitHub, pull requests, code reviews, and structured deployment workflows.
• Test changes before deployment and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Support website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate closely with internal Marketing stakeholders and external web development partners.
• Provide clear status updates and proactively flag blockers. What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of relevant web development experience.
• Working knowledge of Next.js and React.
• Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills.
• Strong front-end troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
• Experience working within an existing production codebase.
• Familiarity with APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Experience with Git and GitHub, including branching, pull requests, and code review workflows.
• Understanding of development, staging, and production environments.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and modern web deployment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Portfolio or examples of active websites you've worked on. Nice to Have
• WordPress / WooCommerce
• Headless CMS or headless web architecture
