YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As a Human Resources Intern and part of the Human Resources department, you will have the opportunity to gain international experience and enhance your knowledge of business processes related to luxury goods, working in an increasingly challenging environment on engaging projects.
Job Responsibilities
YOUR IMPACT
As part of the Human Resources Team you will have the opportunity to develop you knowledges in the main HR activities supported by an experienced team that will assist you with a specific focus on:
• Talent Acquisition & Reporting: Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. Maintain, update, and generate regular reports from the candidate database and recruitment pipelines, tracking key hiring metrics.
• HR Metrics: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases and prepare comprehensive reports on hiring activity and workforce data to support HR analytics.
• Onboarding & Employee
Experience:
Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing employment contracts and organizing induction programs.
• Day-to-Day HR Support: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on company policies and HR procedures.
• Contract Management & Legal Compliance: Support the HR team in drafting, issuing and managing employment contracts, extensions and related documentation. Track contract renewals, probation period expiries, and key deadlines to ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies, assisting with day-to-day employment law and administrative queries
• University Relations & Internship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with universities, business schools and career services. Manage the end-to-end activation process for internships, including drafting and finalizing training projects (progetti formativi), coordinating with academic institutions and monitoring internship paths.
• Projects: Participate in cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives (employer branding, diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, etc..) Profile KEYS TO SUCCESS Degree in psychology, economics or law preferably with a specialization in human resources. Passion for People and especially for HR processes Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Proactive and innovative mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility is required Driven, active listener, humble and hard-working both independently and in team Can join from November 2026 for a 6-month internship Additional Information Other Information Workplace: Celine Production, via di Meleto 1, Strada in Chianti (Florence) Start date: November 2026
