Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Global Facility Manager to join KIKO MILANO's Global Real Estate Team, reporting to the Global Leasing & Facility Management Director.
The role is responsible for supporting the coordination and monitoring of Facility Management activities across countries, helping ensure service quality, operational efficiency and alignment with global standards throughout the store portfolio.
In particular, you will:
• Improve, support and help countries implement global strategies, standards and guidelines for maintenance and cleaning across the store portfolio.
• Drive with data insights the evaluation and development of supplier relationships by helping colleagues in countries to reach excellence. Monitor the performance of maintenance and cleaning suppliers, supporting the management of KPIs, SLAs, service quality and corrective actions.
• Contribute to the planning, monitoring and reporting of Facility Management OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Coordinate and follow up on preventative and reactive maintenance, supporting countries in ensuring services are timely and effectively delivered.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Real Estate departments, Procurement, Finance, Countries towards a lean and efficient organization meeting customer demands
• Analyze Facility Management data and reports to identify recurring issues, performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and cost efficiency across the global facility management organizations.
• Manage and keep Facility ticketing system clean and updated.
• Support managing supplier relationships, including vendor service contracts, periodic and ongoing performance & budget reviews (KPIs, SLAs) What you will need to succeed
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in retail construction project management, preferably within premium or luxury retail environments.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional European languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.
• Excellent project planning and coordination skills, with experience managing phased implementations and large-scale rollouts.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, construction documents, and permitting requirements.
• Sound knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and quality standards applicable to retail fit-out projects.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
• Willingness to travel as required to support project execution across locations. We would love if you had
