Our Focus Ssamba Foundation's programs bring together several interconnected areas of community development Education & Skills Development – creating opportunities for children and young people to learn practical and relevant skills. Agriculture & Food Security – promoting sustainable agriculture, practical farming knowledge, food production and agricultural entrepreneurship. STEM & Technology – introducing young people to science, technology, digital skills, coding and practical innovation. Youth Empowerment & Enterprise – supporting young people to develop skills, ideas and income-generating opportunities. Community Development – working with communities to identify practical solutions and strengthen local capacity. Health & Wellbeing – supporting community initiatives that contribute to healthier and more resilient communities. Water, Sanitation & Sustainability – promoting practical approaches to clean water, sanitation, environmental responsibility and sustainable development. KYAMPISI AGRI-TECH LEGACY HUB One of Ssamba Foundation's major development initiatives is the Kyampisi Agri-Tech Legacy Hub, a community-based agricultural learning, innovation and enterprise centre being developed in Kyampisi, Uganda. The Hub is designed as a practical learning laboratory, where children, young people, farmers, schools and community members can learn through a combination of classrooms, technology, agriculture, experimentation and enterprise. A key opportunity is the Kyampisi Agri-Tech Legacy Hub, a developing community learning and innovation centre where volunteers can work alongside local teams, educators, young people and community members. The Hub brings together practical agriculture, sustainable farming, technology, STEM learning and enterprise development.
