Purpose Of The Position As Expert Electrical Engineer – Power System Studies (ETAP), you will join our Electrical Engineering Department within the Energy Carriers business line. How can you support us? Responsibilities An experienced Electrical Engineer with solid expertise in power system studies, who will be responsible for performing and coordinating the following activities: Develop, review and coordinate electrical system studies for onshore and floaters Oil & Gas facilities using ETAP and other industry-standard software; Perform and validate load flow, short-circuit, motor starting, transient stability protection coordination, arc flash, harmonic analysis, and grounding studies in accordance with project requirements and international standards; Prepare study philosophies, reports, technical notes and engineering deliverables related to power system analysis; Ensure compliance of electrical system design with applicable codes, standards, client specifications and project contractual requirements; Support the definition and optimization of electrical network architectures during proposal, FEED and EPC phases; Review Vendor documentation and analyze the impact of equipment data on power system studies; Support the Project Team in the evaluation of technical queries, design changes and management of electrical network modifications throughout the project lifecycle; Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers involved in power system studies and ETAP modelling activities; Support the development of electrical engineering best practices, lessons learned and departmental competence growth in power system analysis. What are we looking for?

Education:
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering,

Experience:
at least 8 years of experience as Electrical Engineering for the same activities within O&G industry; Advanced knowledge of ETAP software; Strong understanding of IEC, IEEE and international electrical standards; Experience with power generation systems dynamic studies, MV/LV distribution networks, emergency power systems, variable speed drives and large motor installations; Proven capability in electrical system trouble shooting and network optimization Languages: English B2 Technical/IT
