• Curiosity, flexibility, and a strong willingness to learn and grow quickly in a fast‑evolving sector Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
• Previous experience in EU‑funded R&D projects (e.g. as Project Manager or Work Package contributor)
• Regulatory experience in the UAS sector, including: SORA methodology, UAS authorisation and/or certification processes, UTM / U‑space concepts and implementation
• Professional working knowledge of Spanish and/or German
• Experience working with public authorities or international regulatory environments

• Maximum flexibility in
working hours
• Hybrid (Rome office) or full‑remote working arrangements
• Exposure to high‑profile European projects and international stakeholders
• A truly international, innovative, and collaborative work environment
• Rapid professional growth, with increasing responsibilities and impact as the company expands Why Join Us? At Unifly Consulting, you won’t just “support projects”—you will actively shape the future of drone regulation and airspace integration in Europe and beyond.
