Our consultants from engineering, IT & Lifesciences, who create ingenious solutions, bring and develop their skills and know-how on a daily basis on projects that are as diverse as they are enriching Mission: As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Project Manager in the Automotive sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring their expertise on all our projects. Activities: Automotive & AI-Driven Software Requirements
• Degree in Scientific disciplines or equivalent qualification
• Experience as Scrum Master, preferably in Automotive and/or AI-driven software environments
• Strong experience with backlog management using Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with high-level HW/SW requirements definition
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards
• Experience in management system documentation (procedures, instructions, standards)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic architectures and vehicle systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and reporting activities
• Good knowledge of English and Italian
• Project management and problem-solving skills (PDCA, tracking, follow-up)
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of automotive business processes
• First Party Auditor qualification – IATF 16949:2016
• Knowledge of Supplier Service Evaluation methodology
