Apply now for the Account Executive, Diagnostic Imaging position in Campania, Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving business targets across the Diagnostic Imaging portfolio, including Magnetic Resonance, Computed Tomography, Molecular Imaging, Mammography, and Radiography, as well as the Advanced Therapies portfolio, covering Angiography and Surgical solutions. You will manage and grow business opportunities within your assigned territory of Campania and Calabria.
In This Role
• You’ll be responsible for the promotion and sale of the Portfolio Solutions assigned to all relevant customers;
• You’ll establish business relations with the customers’ contacts to reach sales targets;
• You’ll collaborate with the corporate functions involved in the sales and customer assistance process;
• You’ll maintain a constant level of technical-scientific updating.
• You’ll have to know the market and competitors’ offers, and you’ll transfer the most relevant information collected on the market regarding their products and strategies to the internal commercial functions, through continuous updating
• You’ll contribute to correctly qualified sales opportunities, providing a broad view of current offers and opportunities, constantly updating them through the dedicated company tool
• You’ll ensure continuous feedback from all the colleagues within the Company involved in the sales process and a follow-up of the activities undertaken, respecting the planning of the activities and objectives assigned; Work Experience
• 5-7 years of experience in a sales capacity, with a strong sales focus and prior comparable experience working with both Public and Private Customers within healthcare organizations. Previous experience in an international company is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the public and private healthcare sectors within the designated regions (Campania, Calabria).
• A Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Energetic, self-motivated, with a strong business acumen and the capability to meet objectives independently.
• Collaborative team member who values diversity and inclusion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Meticulous adherence to company procedures relevant to the role.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to address challenges and drive improvements.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting high-performance targets and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territories and occasionally nationwide as required.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.

• The base salary for this position typically ranges from €46.000 to €61.000 gross per year. The final offer will be tailored based on your individual skills, experience and specific location.
• Performance Bonus: this role is eligible for a variable incentive plan linked to specific achievements.
