Bergamo, Lombardy, Italia Miomojo | Certified B Corp Tempo pieno
haping the future of handbags & accessories Bergamo, Italy | On site Miomojo is entering an important new phase of product and international growth. We are looking for a Product Creative Director to join us at our headquarters in Bergamo and lead the evolution of Miomojo’s product language across handbags, SLG, accessories and future categories. The foundations already exist: a clear brand vision, Made in Italy manufacturing, deep expertise in next generation materials and an emerging aesthetic sensibility rooted in sophisticated minimalism, pure lines, refined tactility and the tension between essentiality and innovation. The next step is to turn these foundations into a stronger and increasingly recognisable Product Signature. This role is about much more than designing individual products. It is about building a coherent product universe through silhouette, proportion, construction, hardware, materials, finishing and recurring design codes. As the portfolio expands, every new product should strengthen the same Miomojo identity. The ambition is to create permanent families, develop hero products and, over time, build true Miomojo icons. ABOUT MIOMOJO Miomojo is an Italian upper premium accessories brand and Certified B Corporation creating handbags and accessories through Made in Italy craftsmanship and next generation materials. We do not use leather or other animal derived materials. Our approach brings together contemporary design, material innovation, craftsmanship and an accountable business model, with the conviction that aesthetics, quality, performance and responsibility should no longer require compromise. Miomojo has spent years building the technical, material and manufacturing capabilities behind the product. The next phase is about translating that depth into an increasingly distinctive and recognisable product identity. THE CREATIVE TERRITORY Miomojo already has a clear aesthetic direction. Sophisticated minimalism. Pure lines. Refined tactility. Precise proportions. A constant dialogue between essentiality and innovation. We are not looking for someone to reproduce existing forms or follow a rigid design formula. We are looking for someone capable of taking this emerging territory further and turning it into a proprietary language that can evolve across products and categories without losing coherence. The goal is recognisability without overbranding, distinction without unnecessary decoration and relevance beyond seasonal trends. WHAT YOU WILL SHAPE You will lead Miomojo’s product creative direction across handbags, SLG, small accessories and future categories. You will define and evolve the silhouettes, proportions, constructions, hardware, details, materials and finishes that make a product recognisably Miomojo. You will build permanent product families, identify hero products and develop future signature pieces. You will guide portfolio expansion so that every new SKU adds identity and commercial depth rather than complexity. You will work closely with Miomojo’s existing Design and Product Development team from concept through prototyping, development and industrialisation. You will explore the creative potential of next generation materials, translating their tactile, visual and structural qualities into sophisticated products rather than treating material innovation as a claim in itself. You will also contribute to product architecture, range coherence, pricing logic and the balance between creative ambition and commercial relevance. WHO WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET Depth of experience in handbags and SLG is essential. We are looking for a senior product creative with significant hands on experience and the ability to move confidently between vision and execution. You must be able to sketch, design and develop product independently, with a deep understanding of construction, proportion, hardware, materials, finishing and industrialisation. You may currently be a Creative Director, Design Director, Head of Design or an exceptional Senior Designer ready to take on broader creative leadership. We care about product culture, judgement, independence, creative maturity and a strong point of view. Your portfolio should show more than attractive individual products. It should demonstrate your ability to build recognisable families, strong silhouettes and coherent design codes over time. QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in handbags and SLG
• Deep hands on expertise in handbag and SLG design, construction and product development
• Strong drawing and sketching skills

• Portfolio demonstrating coherent product families, distinctive silhouettes and clear product thinking
• Experience in premium or luxury accessories is highly valued

• Strong affinity with Miomojo’s aesthetic direction and the ability to evolve it into a distinctive product language WHY NOW Miomojo has built the foundations. Now the product universe must grow with greater depth, coherence and recognition. This is an opportunity to help define the next chapter of an Italian accessories brand at the intersection of design, Made in Italy craftsmanship and material innovation. The role is not to add more product. It is to make every new product strengthen what Miomojo can become.
