This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within our European team, supporting Lean transformation initiatives across our plants. 🔧 What You’ll Do: Support lean transformation activities in varied electromechanical manufacturing environments and Business administrative processes Participate in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving) Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flow Support implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment Learn and apply Lean methodologies through hands-on involvement 🎯

Your Profile
Required: Italian and English speaker Open to travel within Europe region (mainly Italy) 50-75% approximately Confident communicator with the ability to integrate easily in different working environments Proficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams) Basic knowledge of Lean tools Desirables: Lean certifications Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality Join us and be a change agent in shaping the future of operational excellence at Nidec RAL: 30.000-35.000€
