Monday to Friday | 09:00–18:00
Contracts, onboarding, employee support, schedules and manpower planning. This role sits between HR administration and day-to-day rostering.
You’ll work closely with the HR & Roster Manager, supporting employees and candidates while keeping records, training plans and shift coverage up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor attendance, absences, leave and sickness Support recruitment, onboarding and background screening activities Be a daily point of contact for employees on HR-related matters Manage work schedules, roster changes and shift coverage Plan and monitor training activities and manpower requirements Keep HR systems, records and databases accurate and up to date Coordinate staff flight and hotel bookings when required Requirements Fluent written and spoken Italian and English Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Good organisational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving Ability to manage different priorities and work both independently and as part of a team Availability to travel when required Nice to have: previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
