To strengthen our HR organization, we are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our office in Turin, Italy.
The successful candidate will be a key point of reference for HR administration, payroll, and employment contracts, with responsibility for the administrative management of employees in Italy and Switzerland, as well as for the day-to-day coordination with labour consultants and payroll providers.
The role will ensure the accurate and timely management of the entire employee administration lifecycle, from hiring to termination.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full HR administration lifecycle, from hiring to termination
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation, including new hires, extensions, contractual changes, salary increases, promotions, and terminations
• Manage and monitor time and attendance, including holidays, leave, overtime, sickness, maternity/paternity leave, parental leave, and other absences
• Coordinate payroll processes for Italy and Switzerland, in collaboration with external consultants and payroll providers
• Collect, verify, and submit monthly payroll data and variables
• Review and verify payslips, ensuring the correct application of salary and contractual elements
• Manage day-to-day relationships with labour consultants, payroll providers, and external HR partners
• Ensure the correct application of the Italian Metalworking National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico), with particular reference to job levels, classifications,
working hours
, allowances, overtime, and other contractual provisions
• Manage and verify TFR (severance indemnity), bonuses, welfare benefits, fringe benefits, and pension funds
• Manage the administrative aspects of employee terminations and verify final payments and entitlements
• Support social security, insurance, tax, and employment-related administrative requirements
• Monitor contractual deadlines and HR administrative compliance
• Provide support to employees on matters related to payslips, attendance, employment contracts, and HR administration
• Prepare and monitor reports related to personnel costs, headcount, holidays, absences, overtime, and HR KPIs
• Support personnel cost budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure HR databases are constantly updated, in collaboration with the Controlling Department
• Maintain employee master data, records, and HR documentation
• Monitor relevant developments in employment legislation and support the correct implementation of applicable requirements Requirements
• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, Personnel Administration, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and payroll processes
• Solid experience in managing or coordinating Italian payroll
• Experience with Swiss payroll will be considered a strong advantage
• Ability to independently review and verify payslips and payroll data
• Good knowledge of the Italian Metalworking CCNL and Italian employment legislation
• Experience in managing employment contracts, time and attendance, holidays, leave, absences, and TFR
• Ability to work independently with employees and labour consultants
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a solution-oriented approach Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €28,000 – €32,000
