- BGYEnglish knowledge BGY Airport, Bergamo €22K–€30K Monday to Friday | 08:30–17:30 Tools move across our network every day. Your job is to know where they are and when they need to go back. You’ll coordinate shipments, track tooling across the network and keep an eye on returns, expiry dates, calibration and repairs. In AOG situations, timing matters even more.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing tooling shipments
- Keep full traceability of tools across the network and follow up on their return
- Monitor shelf life and expiry dates
- Coordinate calibration, overhaul and repair activities
- Work with Duty Coordinators, Station Supervisors, Base Engineers and the Operator’s Tooling Department to support tooling availability Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage different priorities and changing operational needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A practical approach to problem solving, including under pressure Nice to have: Store Inspector approval or previous tooling knowledge.
