Freelance Recruiter

Are you an experienced recruiter based in Italy looking for a flexible freelance opportunity you can manage alongside your existing projects? Workster is expanding its international freelance recruitment network and is looking for Italian-speaking recruiters who already know how to source, engage and convert candidates. This is a fully remote, commission-based freelance collaboration with complete flexibility over your working schedule.

What you'll do

¢ Source candidates for active vacancies across Europe and international markets â€
¢ Identify the right candidates for the right opportunities and effectively present the role to them â€
¢ Engage, qualify and introduce suitable candidates for our clients' selection processes â€
¢ Build and manage your own candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, social media, communities and other sourcing channels â€
¢ Collaborate with our international recruitment team and participate in regular best-practice and vacancy update meetings What we're looking for â€
¢ At least 1 year of hands-on recruitment / active sourcing experience â€
¢ Proven ability to source candidates independently â€
¢ Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards and other sourcing channels â€
¢ Native or fluent Italian â€
¢ Professional English â€
¢ Strong communication and candidate-engagement skills â€
¢ Ability to work independently and manage your own recruitment pipeline â€
¢ Comfortable working under a commission-per-hire freelance model Previous experience recruiting for BPO, Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support or multilingual roles is a strong advantage.
