- Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
- Supervising subcontractors,
- Ensuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
- Participate to site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
- Ensuring compliance with HSE rules. Profile With an Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least 8 years of experience as electrical construction engineer on industrial building projects. Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Italian and English . Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy . Ready to take on major technical challenges?
