€110,000 – €140,000 + Executive Bonus + Benefits Contract: Permanent | Full-time Reporting to: European CEO / Regional Managing Director For an international Group entering a new phase of growth and transformation in the market, Ali Professional is looking for an outstanding: COUNTRY DIRECTOR ITALY Based in Rome , the Country Director will assume full responsibility for the organisation, combining commercial leadership, people management, operational excellence and P&L ownership. This is a role for someone who wants more than a senior title. It is for someone who wants to leave a mark on a business. THE MISSION Reporting directly to the European Leadership Team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy. You will lead the organisation through its next stage of development, strengthening market positioning, accelerating revenues and creating a high-performance culture. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BUSINESS & STRATEGY
- Assume full P&L ownership for the country
- Develop annual business plans, budgets and growth priorities
- Identify new markets, clients and strategic opportunities
- Monitor commercial, operational and financial KPIs
- Drive sustainable revenue and profitability growth COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP
- Personally manage relationships with strategic clients and partners
- Develop new high-value business opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships and long-term commercial relationships
- Represent the company at institutional and industry level PEOPLE & ORGANISATION
- Create a culture of accountability, entrepreneurship and performance
- Identify and develop high-potential talent
- Strengthen succession planning for critical roles
- Attract senior professionals capable of accelerating the organisation’s growth
- Build an environment where exceptional people want to join — and stay TRANSFORMATION
- Lead organisational evolution and transformation projects
- Challenge existing models where necessary
- Introduce new processes, technologies and ways of working
- Ensure the organisation remains agile while scaling WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are interested in meeting senior leaders with:
- 12+ years of professional experience
- Significant leadership responsibility within complex organisations
- Previous experience as Country Manager, General Manager, Business Unit Director, Commercial Director or equivalent
- Strong P&L ownership
- Proven track record of business growth
- Exceptional commercial orientation
- Experience leading senior and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
