Position: Front Desk ReceptionistWhat you'll do:
- Welcome our guests, collect documents and payments, and complete all check-in operations as smoothly as possible
- Manage inventory to perfectly allocate guests in dormitories and rooms, proposing the most suitable option for their needs
- Use your personal experience to guide our guests through the authentic streets of Naples and help them organize their journeys in the Naples surroundings
- Help us offer the best guest experience possible by socializing, getting feedback, and proposing ideas for hostel events

Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Sociable and multiskilled person
- Flexibility, including during holidays
- Preferably resident in Naples City Centre French, Spanish, and Portuguese are considered a super plus. Other languages are a plus.

Working hours
25-30 hours per week, mainly in the afternoon until 11:00 PM and during weekends
