We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Event Staff / Event Assistant (Addetto/a Eventi) to support the planning and execution of events. The successful candidate will assist with event setup, guest services, registration, coordination, and breakdown while ensuring attendees have a positive experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and dismantling event equipment, furniture, and signage.
- Welcome and register guests, providing information and directions as needed.
- Support event coordinators with scheduling and on-site logistics.
- Help manage attendee flow and ensure event areas remain organized.
- Distribute event materials, promotional items, and welcome packs.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff during events.
- Monitor event spaces to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues.
- Assist with audiovisual equipment setup when required.
- Perform other event-related duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or retail is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate equipment.
- Basic computer skills are an asset.
- Fluency in Italian; basic English is an advantage. Preferred
