Freelance B2B Marketing Manager – Remote | 20 hrs/month

EcopakGlobal is hiring a freelance, part-time B2B Marketing Manager. We’re a sustainable packaging supplier based near Rome, Italy, helping logistics and warehousing businesses across Italy reduce plastic use and costs through practical alternatives such as paper tape, shrink-wrap and dispensing solutions. We’re looking for an experienced marketer who can  manage and improve our AI-assisted marketing engine  on a lean retainer of around  15-20 hours per month . You won’t be expected to create everything from scratch. Our AI tools handle much of the production work —  you provide the strategy, briefing, judgement and quality control. What you’ll do
- Build our audience among Italian logistics and supply-chain decision-makers
- Develop a monthly content theme and brief our AI tools
- Review, edit and approve AI-generated content before publication
- Manage and improve  website content, structure and conversion optimisation
- Support  SEO strategy and optimisation , including keyword opportunities, on-page content and search visibility
- Identify opportunities to improve our  website messaging, user experience and lead generation
- Help maintain and strengthen  EcoPack Global’s brand positioning and visual/content consistency
- Send a weekly email campaign through Odoo CRM
- Monitor opens, clicks and engagement and flag warm prospects to sales
- Use AI tools to streamline research, content creation, SEO and marketing execution What we’re looking for
- Fluent written and spoken  English
- Fluent written and spoken  Italian
- B2B marketing experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or industrial markets
- Strong LinkedIn content experience
- Comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar
- Experience with Odoo or another CRM is a strong plus
- Commercial mindset and the ability to turn content engagement into sales opportunities Hours & rate 15-20 hours per month  on an ongoing freelance basis €20–€30 per hour , depending on experience Remote / worldwide Interested?
