Operations & Finance Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for an Operations & Finance Coordinator to become the operational bridge between Procurement, Warehousing, Finance and our external accountants. This is not a traditional accounting position. The role is focused on ensuring that every operational transaction becomes a complete, compliant and traceable financial transaction while continuously improving processes and supporting the implementation of our future ERP platform. Responsibilities
- Coordinate supplier invoice processing.
- Manage customer invoicing.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Coordinate with external accountants.
- Prepare VAT and accounting documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain high-quality operational and financial master data.
- Produce operational finance reports.
- Improve administrative processes and automation.
- Support ERP implementation and continuous process improvement. Requirements
- Experience in logistics, wholesale, distribution, ecommerce or supply chain administration.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English. Nice to Have
- Odoo ERP experience.
- Experience with inventory accounting.
- Experience with multi-country operations.
- Italian language.
- Portuguese language.
