ITP Global is seeking a senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to lead cost control on a large-scale data centre programme for a Swiss/Italian client.
You will act as the client's commercial lead, manage main contractor and MEP packages, and safeguard commercial position from mobilisation through to final account.
The role is client-side, long-term with extension potential, requiring 2+ years of data centre experience, a QS or commercial management background, and familiarity with FIDIC
