Regional Manager / Country Manager – Premium Health & Wellness GroupLocation: Milan, ItalySalary: €80,000 – €100,000 per annum + performance bonusThis is an exceptional opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a premium health and wellness group, overseeing multiple sites across Italy.
We're looking for a Regional Manager / Country Manager who can combine strategic leadership with operational excellence, developing high-performing teams and ensuring a consistent, premium experience across every club in the region.
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving both commercial and operational performance at a multi-site level.
You'll coach and support General Managers, set clear standards, and deliver structured improvement plans that strengthen service, culture, and financial results.
