/p pThe role will support and lead activities across data analytics and reporting, training repository development, project catalogue tool optimisation, standard work deployment, and process / QMS improvement.
/p pThis position requires strong cross-functional partnership with regional Poles and functional teams, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders and support change across a complex global matrix organisation.
/p h3b------------------------------------------------- /b /h3 h3bEssential Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liOwn and lead data analysis and reporting activities to support business reviews, metrics tracking, and operational decision-making.
/li liDevelop and maintain a centralised training repository to strengthen project execution team development and improve organisational knowledge capabilities.
/li liSupport and lead project catalogue tool expansion and optimisation, including the identification of improvement opportunities and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
/li liPartner with regional Poles and functional teams to identify processes and associated QMS procedures requiring improvement, simplification, and standardisation.
/li liDrive the development, documentation, and deployment of standard work across the HDNU Projects organisation.
/li liCoordinate the monthly cross-functional metrics bowler reporting rhythm, ensuring timely updates, alignment, and follow-through on agreed actions.
/li liDrive operational rigour and support the execution of global change management initiatives across the organisation.
/li liTranslate strategic direction into operational priorities, practical action plans, and measurable outcomes.
/li liInfluence and align stakeholders across functions, regions, and leadership levels to enable successful implementation of priorities.
/li liFocus on the critical few business needs and apply structured problem-solving approaches to improve project execution effectiveness.
/li /ul h3b------------------------------------------------- /b /h3 h3bRequired Qualifications /b /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or another technical or business-related field from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
/li liDemonstrated ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment.
/li liProven experience in process improvement, operational standardisation, and change management.
/li liPrevious experience within a Projects organisation or closely related project environment.
/li liStrong ownership mindset and ability to operate as a self-starter.
/li liResults-oriented approach with a strong focus on execution.
/li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
/li liComfortable working in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment across multiple time zones.
