The role ensures that Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost targets are consistently met, while acting as a technical interface between bRD /b, bfactories /b, bsuppliers /b, and internal stakeholders.
/ph3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3ullipbContinuous Improvement /b Collaborate with factories to identify, propose and lead improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance.
/p /lilipbProduction Flow Design /b Develop, design and implement efficient production flows, methods and layouts for Air Cooler manufacturing.
/p /lilipbSOP Development /b Support the creation, standardization and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the production area.
/p /lilipbProject Participation /b Act as Team Member or Project Manager in assigned improvement or development projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
/p /lilipbRD Interface /b Ensure alignment between RD and factory teams during product development phases, supporting industrialization and manufacturability.
/p /lilipbTechnical Support /b Provide technical assistance to production teams, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to problem-solving activities.
/p /lilipbDocumentation Compliance /b Support documentation activities related to production processes, equipment, and compliance with internal and external standards.
/p /li /ulh3bQualifications Skills /b /h3ullipBachelor's degree in bMechanical /b, bEnergy /b, or bCivil Engineering /b.
