We are looking for a professional, highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant for our Milan office.
As Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director and the team with day-to-day operations, including:Liaising with different stakeholders (clients, suppliers, candidates, Boyden colleagues worldwide); Preparingbusiness proposals, candidates' profiles & dossiers, documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations in Italian and English; Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments and organizing meetings and interviews both in Italy and abroad; Arrangingtravel itineraries and accommodation; Devising and maintaining back-office processes, including data management and filing; Maintaining highest levels of internal and external confidentiality.
Reception duties and incoming calls; The ideal candidate has 3/5 years of experience in similar roles, speaks fluent Italian and English (additional languages would be a plus) and is proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
The office is located in the centre of Milan (Missori).
The search is urgent and immediate availability is preferred.
