ppWe are looking for an experienced SAP Manager – Centre of Excellence (COE) to lead and evolve a global SAP landscape for a multinational pharmaceutical organisation.
This role sits at the heart of SAP strategy, governance, and innovation, ensuring consistency, scalability, and best practices across SAP S/4HANA platforms and business units.

/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and develop the SAP Centre of Excellence, defining standards, governance models, and best practices across SAP S/4HANA.
/liliAct as the strategic owner for core SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
/liliProvide oversight and guidance across SAP programs and projects, supporting both global and local initiatives.
/liliDrive continuous improvement, optimisation, and innovation within the SAP landscape.
/liliGovern system integrations, interfaces, and dependencies across multiple platforms.
/liliCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure consistent delivery and value realisation.
/liliOversee data governance, data quality, and lifecycle management.
/liliEnsure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal quality standards.
/liliSupport change management, capability building, and knowledge transfer across SAP teams.
