MONOGRID is seeking a Creative Strategy lead to develop end-to-end strategies and platforms for luxury and fashion brands, aligning cultural insight, brand positioning and long-term business goals.
You will unpack client briefs, analyze needs and context, track trends, shape proposals, oversee campaigns from concept to execution, and build strategic narratives for high-profile clients and internal teams.
Fluent in Italian and English; ~5 years experience.
