Full-Time | Remote / TelehealthSalary:$115,000–$120,000/year + full benefitsSchedule:Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMWe're looking for a licensed mental health therapist to join our remote team serving clients throughout Kansas.
The therapist in this position will provide ongoing counseling for adults dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and life changes.
The work is primarily client-facing, with time set aside for sessions, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
This is a good fit for someone who prefers a predictable weekday schedule and is comfortable managing their work independently.
What You'll Do
Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealthComplete intakes and clinical assessmentsDevelop treatment goals and update plans as neededUse appropriate therapeutic techniques based on client needsDiscuss progress and adjust treatment when appropriateComplete session notes and other required documentationMake referrals xysqume when a client needs additional servicesFollow applicable clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standardsActive Kansas license as anLCMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LCPCMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related fieldPrevious clinical counseling or psychotherapy experience#J-*-Ljbffr
