pbRomazzino, a Belmond Hotel, located in the stunning Costa Smeralda, is seeking a talented Front Office Agent to join our team for the ** season.
/b /p pYou will be the curator of our guest journey, an essential member of the Front Office team, devoted to crafting refined, memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive.
You will embody care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community, bringing elegance and warmth to every interaction.
/p pWorking closely with guests throughout their stay, you will anticipate their needs, uncover their preferences, and create personalised moments that reflect the spirit of Belmond.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liFulfil Front Office operations according to company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times.
/li liResponsible for cash accounting, including the payment of guest bills.
/li liCommunicate all relevant guest and group activity to the appropriate internal parties.
/li liAnticipate guests' needs and handle guests' complaints professionally.
/li liEnsure that all guest details are accurately collected.
/li liRun End of Day processes and complete all relevant day closure accounting checks.
/li liEnsure that all relevant communications are processed correctly.
/liliEffective communication skills.
/li liStrong emotional intelligence.
/li liAbility to collaborate and work in a team.
/li liResults-driven mindset.
/li liAdaptable and flexible.
/li liFluent in English and Italian; a third language is a plus.
/li liProfessional experience in the same role within a luxury environment.
