Johnson & Johnson seeks an intern for a six-month operational excellence internship at its Latina facility. The role involves supporting lean and continuous improvement initiatives, value stream mapping, and process optimization projects across manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with value stream mapping execution for new product introductions
Support lean and six sigma projects including 5S, Kaizen, and standard work
Complete lean yellow belt certification and projects
Identify data-driven continuous improvement opportunities across site areas
Support operational excellence processes and KPI monitoring
Requirements
Degree in STEM field: engineering, statistics, or physical sciences
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Italian language proficiency
Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Compensation:
€950 per month for 6 months
