Key Responsabilities Health, Safety & Compliance: Oversee HSE compliance, HACCP standards, Legionella prevention and regular safety inspections and operational audits across the property Security & Asset Protection: Manage security services, access control, CCTV, intrusion systems and Control Room operations. Ensure the protection of guests, colleagues and company assets, including fraud prevention, internal investigations and VIP security Emergency & Crisis Management: Maintain fire, emergency and evacuation plans; coordinate regular drills and emergency exercises; manage the Business Continuity Programme and facilitate crisis management tabletop exercises with the leadership team Risk Management & Training: Conduct operational, environmental and security risk assessments, and develop and deliver safety, security, emergency and compliance training and awareness programmes for colleagues Requirements alia (In sede) Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian Organizational
