Nestlé Purina - Project Health, Safety & Environment Manager (Greenfield Project) - Mantova Job Details | Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA
In this role you will lead safety, health, and environmental efforts during the construction of a new manufacturing site.
You will shape the Project HSE Management Plan and ensure its effective rollout across the multi-contractor project.
You'll monitor site safety, drive risk management, and coordinate with Nestlé management and local authorities.
This is an opportunity to impact a greenfield project within a global organization prioritizing quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to embed HSE excellence and achieve a safe, compliant site.

Gross annual base salary: 75,000 EUR

On-site safety and health programs
Develop and communicate the site HSE Management Plan
Ensure HSE integration into project planning, design-for-construction, and contractor management
Maintain and improve site safety, hygiene, and access controls
Implement risk management procedures for training, risk assessment, lifting plans, permits to work, and emergency planning
Coach and develop managers and team leaders on risk management and compliance
Coordinate internal and external resources for SHE support and health programs
Audit compliance and drive continuous improvement
Engage with stakeholders including contractors, unions, regulators, and communities
Proven HSE management in active, multi-contractor environments
Experience on complex construction sites
Ability to translate policies into operational plans
Development and implementation of HSE Management Plans
